RENAI.

Meet Renai.

A seasoned Life and Leadership Coach and Consultant, Renai Ellison began her career as a full-figured model and television personality. Renai is the Founder and CEO of EMBRACE LIFE Enterprises. Her expertise is shifting culture, building high-impact teams, and her coaching experience has included work with emerging leaders and executives at for-profit and non-profit organizations. 

Why Renai.

Renai’s roots in television started as a model, host, and then spokesperson/clothing line creator on QVC. She co-hosted a program called “OUR PLACE” on HGTV and spent over a decade as a National Fundraising host on PBS. Locally, Renai hosted the NEW JERSEY LOTTERY SHOW for 14 years, served as a reporter/host for BETTER PHILLY on My PHL 17, and executive produced and hosted EMBRACE LIFE w/ Renai on WMCN and THIS IS IT TV. 

Renai earned her doctoral degree (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership at Stockton University. Her dissertation is entitled, A Narrative Inquiry of Black Women's Ministry Leaders. Her work centers on the value and importance of women garnering and offering support to one another. Renai is a graduate of Rowan University and received a BA in Communications and Journalism. Renai earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education at Rowan and has taught as an adjunct instructor at Rowan, Cheyney, and Holy Family Universities. Renai holds two certifications as a Christian Life Coach and Executive Coach. She is also an iPEC Certified Coach.

Renai's expertise is shifting institutional culture by listening intently, cultivating relationships, and recruiting and infusing qualified, BIPOC talent throughout the organization. 

 

Renai is a graduate of Rowan University and received a BA in Communications and Journalism. Renai earned a Master of Arts in Higher Education at Rowan and has taught as an adjunct instructor at Rowan, Cheyney, and Holy Family Universities. Renai holds two certifications as a Christian Life Coach and Executive Coach. She is an iPEC Certified Coach with an Associate Certified Coach credential. Renai also earned two certificates in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) from the University of Southern Florida and Cornell University.
